Dr. Samir Rana, a true son of Northern New Jersey, has been a pillar of the dental community for over twenty years. His journey began at Jersey’s own Rutgers University, where he double majored in Biology and Psychology, followed by achieving his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. Since then, Dr. Rana's dedication to his craft and his roots in the Garden State have shaped him into the state’s leading authority in dental implantology.
Dr. Rana’s expertise is recognized on a global scale as well, having shared his innovative techniques and success stories in places as diverse as France, Orlando, Las Vegas, and Mexico. He’s also a member of The American Academy of Implant Dentistry and The International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the latter of which includes a fellowship status, an honor that marks him as one of the best in the field.
Beyond his clinical endeavors, Dr. Rana is deeply committed to community service. He is a member of Healthcare International and has treated underserved areas in Kingston, Jamaica, Grenadines, St. Vincent’s and Trinidad. Locally, he strives to inspire future generations by teaching dental health to first graders at Lincoln Park Day during February’s Dental Health Month and supports educational opportunities for underserved youth in Jersey City.
When COVID-19 struck, Dr. Rana and his team stepped up in true Jersey-strong style. Using a 3D printer, they produced essential PPE, providing much-needed support to local hospitals like Chilton, St. Joseph’s, and Valley Hospital when supplies were low.
Outside of his profession, Dr. Rana is a family man through and through. He and his wife, Dr. Maggie Rana, cherish raising their two young kids in the community they love. Whether he’s coaching his son’s baseball team or hosting a backyard barbecue, Dr. Rana is all about family, friends, and good times. He's also an avid bocce ball player, embracing this classic Italian game with the same passion he brings to his practice. Challengers beware.

Dr. Maggie Rana enjoys educating and performing dentistry for children. With a gentle and caring approach, she makes kids and parents feel comfortable while helping them achieve optimal dental health. She is married to Dr. Samir Rana and as a husband and wife dental team, they have a unique and informed perspective on family dentistry.

Dr. Shahin Ghobadi earned his Doctorate from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2004, and he served as the chief resident at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center before finishing his residency in 2008.
Today, he is in private practice and provides placement of dental implants, bone grafting, sedation dentistry, and oral and maxillofacial surgery. He takes pleasure in helping anxious patients feel calm and relaxed while undergoing procedures.
Dr. Ghobadi is a proud member of several great organizations, including
• American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons,
• American Dental Association, and
• New Jersey Dental Association
Over the course of his education and career, he has won several awards, including the Dental Implant Student Award from the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the Pre-Doctoral Achievement Award from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
He also received a special award in 2011 from MIS, recognizing his significant contribution to the implant dentistry field. In 2020, Dr. Ghobadi was voted one of the "Top Dentists of New Jersey".
Outside of the office, Dr. Ghobadi enjoys providing dental outreach services to underserved populations in other countries and volunteering his time to aid similar noble causes. In the summer of 2010, he went on a medical mission to St. Vincent and the Grenadines |in the Caribbean for this purpose!
